By engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services offered by A4 Agency, including website development, book publication, logo design, web portal creation, and digital marketing.

1. Services Overview

1.1 Website Development

We create responsive, SEO-friendly websites as per the approved scope. Clients must supply content (text, media, etc.) before design or development begins. Delays in content provision or feedback will shift timelines accordingly. We will conduct post-launch testing but are not liable for third-party plugin malfunctions after delivery.

1.2 Book Publication

We assist in editing, formatting, cover design, and publishing (including eBooks and print). Clients are responsible for securing permission(s) for any external references or materials. A4 Agencydoes not guarantee sales, distribution, or listing approval from external platforms.

1.3 Logo Design

We deliver original logo concepts based on your brief. Revisions are limited as per package terms. Final assets include standard formats (JPEG, PNG, PDF, SVG, AI). Use of stock or copyrighted images is not permitted unless licensed by the client.

1.4 Web Portals

We design user portals, dashboards, and back-end systems tailored to your needs. Clients must outline clear technical requirements. Hosting, domain, and third-party API integrations are not included unless specified.

1.5 Digital Marketing

We manage SEO, paid ads, content, and campaign strategy. Performance depends on platform algorithms, competition, and ad budgets. We’ll report metrics monthly but cannot ensure fixed outcomes.

2. Payment & Invoicing

A minimum of 50% advance is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Final deliverables are provided only after full payment. Payments are non-refundable once major design or development milestones are reached.

3. Intellectual Property

Final deliverables are your property upon full payment. We may use created assets for promotional or portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any pre-designed templates or licensed third-party tools remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are expected to:

• • Respond within 3–5 business days to revision requests or queries.
• • Inform us promptly of any technical issues post-launch.
• • Submit high-resolution media and editable files (where applicable).

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all project information, client data, and intellectual property. NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) can be signed upon request.

6. Revisions, Delays & Scope Creep

Projects include a set number of revisions. Additional change requests, especially those affecting timelines or complexity, will incur additional charges. Delays caused by the client may result in rescheduling or reprioritization.

7. Limitation of Liability

A4 Agencywill not be liable for any business loss, data breach due to external attacks, or client misuse. Our liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the particular project.

8. Termination

Clients may terminate the agreement at any time in writing. A4 Agencymay also terminate if terms are violated. Work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be settled in accordance with the jurisdiction where A4 Agencyis registered.
